Hollow board turnover boxes are widely used in logistics, warehousing, and many other industries due to their advantages of lightness, moisture resistance, and multiple uses. In fact, they are made by the secondary processing of hollow boards. Below, Corrugated Plastic Box Manufacturers will introduce the hollow board turnover. Production requirements for boxes:

1. The drawing machine pulls out the hollow plate: the core material and the flat plate are simultaneously extruded on a single extruder, the melt is divided into 3 layers in the flow channel of the die, the upper and lower layers are formed into a flat plate, and the middle layer is formed of a plastic hollow plate. The core layer, in order to adhere to the shape of the core layer and the surface layer, is shaped by a cooling setting machine, and the first tractor will pull it into the heating box for secondary heating, and then secondary cooling and other multiple processing techniques.

2. The die-cutting machine and desktop die-cutting machine can accurately cut the formed hollow sheet. When pressing and cutting, the action should be quick, and be careful not to put the plate crookedly, and keep the plate flat.

3. Install the small accessories of the box. Glue the Velcro and install the clasps on both sides. When installing the clasps, make sure that both sides must be fastened firmly to prevent looseness.

4. Binding and sewing, the two boards are spliced and formed. Fold the boards of the two boxes in half, and join the two boards with rivets. The corners of the box and the box body are fixed together, which is beautiful and firm.

5. Paste the rivets on the inside of the plastic hollow board turnover box with flannel for protection. To protect the items inside the box, put flannel protection on the rivets on the two boxes, and check the overall integrity of the box.

6. Quality inspection. Professional quality inspectors will check the firmness of the box, whether there is dust, damage, chipping, etc., and fold the qualified products and pack them into the warehouse.
