2. According to the different structures of the enclosure, it can be divided into single-wall plastic enclosures and double-wall plastic enclosures.
①Single-wall plastic enclosures can be widely used for drainage and permeation under light loads such as golf courses and sports fields; indoor decoration wire casings; automobile wire casings; prestressed anchor cable casings; air conditioner drain pipes.

②Double-walled plastic enclosures can be widely used for drainage and permeation under heavy loads such as highways, slopes, golf courses, municipal sewage, communication, power supply cable bushings and other occasions.

Although these enclosures perform well, they also need regular maintenance of the plastic enclosures. The following is a maintenance strategy:

1. Each bearing part should be filled with grease regularly (one month).
2. The operator should pay attention to the temperature rise of each bearing, generally not exceeding 30°C.
3. Regularly check the fasteners of various parts to prevent loosening.
4. If the sieve plate is severely worn, it should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the crushing capacity.
5. The V-belt should be checked regularly, the tightness should be adjusted in time, and the hoarding box should be folded to ensure normal transmission.
